As we all know our India has lots of home remedial methods to cure the hazardous diseases.
So here I would like to share daily some tips to be healthy and keep ourselves from the diseases...

First avoid sugar : Because it is a white and slow poison which is very harmful for our body. Use jaggery instead of it.
Second take low level of salt : Salt is another slow poison for our body, so consumption of salt become as low as possible.
It reduces the chance of heart attack.
Third do some Yoga daily...
