Chinese BTC Exchange close down, English News and Chinese News didn't quite match and What YOU NEED TO KNOW

What I see from yesterday's news is like this (2017-09-14)

Basically the message is "China ordered all Crypto exchanges to close down"

But most English news is Just one Crypto Exchange named "BTC China" is closing down.
or a rumor that China will close down all exchanges.

I know you like facts but not rumors so here is facts.

1. Only one Chinese exchanges confirmed to close down.
2. Other Chinese exchanges haven't confirm yet.
3. Above Chinese news is saying all exchange are going down.
4. China does not need to pass any law to close exchanges.

What I expected in near future.
More Chinese exchanges release formal confirmation about they are going to close down.
