Big Exchanges are hiring
Giant exchanges like Bithumb and UpBit are now hiring, and apparently taking a lot of employees away from the big banks as the cryptocurrency space grows. Bithumb already has over 400 employees and plans to double their staff in 2018. Rival exchange UpBit also stated that they will increase their staff by 60%.
Preferred Employee Environment
Employees for big crypto exchanges say that they have more relaxed and enjoyable jobs. Most exchanges provide their employees with great benefits such as overtime pay, transportation compensation, fitness club memberships, and oriental medicine treatments. This may be what attracts people from other environments to come work for them.
