China had a hugh milk powder scandal where farmers diluted milk and added melamine to fool the sensors. There is an issue, but it might only be solved with science rather than blockchain.

I was thinking about that! The solution that I found was to certify that the product is organic when the costumer receives the food.... If we have a way to certify that the food is organic (some device like a 3D printer) we could certify the product.... The only way to be certain on this is to give the decision and confirmation of the organic food for the costumer who are receiving the food...
