Great video man.
Many people forget how slow development goes. Great that u said lightning network will take months. We won't see cheap and fast transactions right after segwit activation.
I also fear that bitcoin is evolving too slow. Coins like ethereum might solve their scaling problem faster.

Ethereum is also taking a long time to develop - just that they are more ambitious with even more projects. Features like Raiden, Plasma, Proof of Stake all take a long time - up to 2 years to full develop and mature.

Well, ethereum isn't that old yet. From an outsiders perspective it looks like it goes faster because there isn't that much discussion. But I Guess you are right, only way to know is to dive in the code. Sadly I don't have time for that. But let's see what the future brings us, so exciting!

Good break down on BTC and BTH. I think people like the hype. Once it cools down I think BTC will show that it is a greater store of value. What are thoughts on DASH? Is it too scalable, and does that put it at risk of being centralized?

it has a system of masternodes already, so it has chosen a path of being less decentralized but much more scalable. I don't think it's too centralized .
