The move from Genesis Mining to Hashflare (Day 1)

So after the announcement of Genesis Mining's new SHA-256 contracts (that start in february) I have decided to invest in hashflare. After careful consideration I don't feel that with the power I wanted and the price increase at GM that it was a smart buy (For me), Day one and this is the result. So today's question is what is the best pool distribution and why?
