Yes people will be able to track your transaction through the blockchain if you’re using cryptocurrency, but — they will need to already have the address that you are sending from in order to find this information. Additionally, they will not be able to see clear information, there will be no information on what the money was for or spent on — it will show the date and how much BTC was sent.
So no, “everyone” won’t know — but people with access to the BTC address you sent or received from will have the ability to look into your transactions. Some wallets allow you to generate a new address for each send to protect against things like this.
