Most Cryptocurrency Investment Promoters are Frauds, Says Texan Regulator.
Crypto investment promoters have increased cheating rates! Recently a report has been published in Texas State sucurities. It is said in the report that in a four-week investigation, 21 of the 32 cryptossements were found to be cheating and fraud. And at least five of the investment returns have been confirmed.

I will agree there are alot of bad actors, but fraud goes to intent and I do not think most people in the crypto field are intending to flim flam people.
Just as during the .com bubble. They understimate what reality is and others don't know how to vet because its a craze!
but because unlike having corporate securities and the costs of running through the regulations gauntlet, the inexpensive level of getting into the market brings more bad ideas get to market. Which makes it seem like alot more frauds....Simple a bubble, no more no less...
