I have an idea, instead of opening a bank account that will count against your child when they apply for financial aid in college, make a bitcoin wallet for them and cold storage it. Maybe do the same thing for a car or other big purchases for them for the future.

Just because someone is wealthy doesn't mean they don't need college. There are still many opportunities socially and societally that a college education can help a person with regardless of wealth. Beyond that, even extremely wealthy people without and education soon lose their wealth.
