Craig Wright, an Australian entrepreneur, has notified the court of the receipt of private keys that will allow access to wallets with 1.1 million bitcoins allegedly obtained by him together with business partner Dave Kleiman.

“Wright notifies the court that a third party provided him with the necessary information and part of the key to unlock the encrypted file. Wright also provided a list of possessions in Bitcoin, as requested by the judge, ”the document says.

A file refers to a document associated with the Tulip Trust Blind Trust, which supposedly contains $ 9.6 billion in cryptocurrency on its accounts.

Against this background, the price of Wright-supported Bitcoin SV cryptocurrency rose above the level of $ 400, at the time of publication, rolled back to $ 355. The coin came in fourth in the CoinMarkerCap ranking.

At the end of December, Wright submitted to the court a letter dated June 2011 and supposedly signed by Dave Kleiman himself, in which he agrees to return the cryptocurrency to Craig Wright, if before that she will still be in the Tulip Trust blind trust. To do this, Kleiman supposedly needs to hire a courier who, on January 1, 2020, will give the private keys to the trust's wallets to Wright.

Earlier, the Florida District Court invalidated the decision to recover from Craig Wright half a million bitcoins in favor of the Kleiman family. The judge also ordered the entrepreneur to inform the court about the fate of the mysterious courier before February 3.
