Well here I go with how noobish I am I don't even have a BTC address lol. I will look it up and make one tonight. on second thought who do you suggest?

haha, no worries - we all need to start somewhere!
I would first recommend you get a crypto wallet. You can use either a software wallet or a hardware wallet. For maximum security, I recommend hardware wallet. However, if you're just getting started, a software wallet should be fine (since you won't have a lot of funds in it).
For software wallets I use Electrum and Coinomi. Here are a few links to download:
