BitCluster is open-source tool for Blockchain Data Mining. Moreover, it is written in my favorite Python.
The tool positions itself as "The Bitcoin De-Anonymizer" and its creators are Mathieu Lavoie (@mathieu_lavoie_) и David Décary-Hétu (@ddhetu).
They says that the tool, as a minimum, helps to track an activity of a person on the Web. It does not matter how many addresses ones used. The tool, for example, can be used for analysis of extortionists and Black markets. Therefore, you can track the volume of a capital in it.
To start it, you need to download Torrent at 200+GB with all Bitcoin Blockchain
