I suspect that it might be related to the value of your CZK relative to bitcoin. I ran a quick conversion calculation, and 2 CZK comes out to .08 USD, which is not that big of a deal for something that's going to charge a transaction fee, at least here. If we go to a bank atm to withdraw cash, it's good odds that there will be at least a $2.00 fee for that, if not higher.

we are used to pay some fees in banks, yet ATM withdrawals are usualy free if you go with your own bank.
