Someone said “tough time don’t last but tough people do” I m sure he is not into cryptos from the last two months.
Those lambos and moon shot dreams seems to be the thing of past when bitcoin was sitting on a upward rollercoster,now market is more red than my girlfriend glowing lipstick.
So the real question is how not to start panicking?
Well..it’s not that hard,we can try to shift our mind on other beautiful things of my life.
Let me tell you how i managed to stay happy and avoided panic in this crazy bear market.
GOING TO A GYM
Well this is not a old man philosophy but remember gym is best stress buster. I remember last night when I killed a hardcore workout in my gym with a soothing music in background,life changes for a while.i don’t remember how much bitcoin is falling or what our honourable finance minister mr. Arun Jaitley said,all I could see was free weights and barbells waiting to get lift.finished my workout and went into the heaven(protein powder basket).All your muscles need to recover is protein not fake tethers.
EAT WATCH SHOP FOOD
Secret to happy life remains in belly..yes I know market is crashing and u don’t want to eat anything but it’s ok leave those blockfolio and CMC and go out in a subway mcd or any other food outlet u like.eat wise u can watch movie thereafter..I still remember how I busted South Korean FUD ,whenever I feel low I go out for a movie ad buy a tshirt..believe me I bought lot of tshirt in this month alone.
SPEND TIME WITH YOUR GF
This is the best part I want to tell u guys..u don’t need 60 day moving averages to chill out with your girlfriend unless and until she is also in crypto.I still remember the last weekend whenI took her to the Juhu beach with planes going above our heads in bright moonlight,sand was colder than usual which makes her more closer to me than usual.yes I can still feel her blonde hairs above my shoulders and tat lip balm taste with sea waves touching our toes by saying stop guys this is public place..those mesmerising eyes made me forget how many coins do I hold or even I trade cryptos.
