Crypto Fear Index Down At 27, Lowest Reading Since Beginning Of February (BTC, BNB, BCH & INS)

This negative reading sounds really bad, but today cryptos are actually up, Bitcoin is up about 1% and the same is true for Total Altcoins. So, we do have an attempt to climb higher at the moment, but as always, it is the reading at the end of the day that matters.
