QUESTION: Is there anything like steemconnect for Ethereum???steemCreated with Sketch.

I was wondering if there is a smooth in-browser permission management system like steemconnect for Ethereum. I think it would be waaaay more user friendly than installing a plugin like metamask before accessing Ethereum Dapps.
If not maybe it would be worth starting to develope one 😯
