How do I get my BTC and BCH from my paper wallet?

Ok I did what all the experts say and put my Bitcoins into an offline paper wallet. Now how do I get my Bitcoin and my Bitcoin Cash off this wallet. There is not simple explanation anywhere on the Internet??????????????????????????????????
