Lightning Network Infrastructure and Products

The most popular LN clients are lnd from Lightning Labs (written in the Go programming language), Eclair from ACINQ (Scala), and c-lightning from Blockstream (in C).
New interfaces, such as Pierre Rochard's Node Launcher, make it easy to install Bitcoin and Lightning nodes with very simple graphical interfaces.
