Can you confirm Andrew's Nationality?

If you or anyone you know lost BTC, ETH or LTC to Tokenizer/Andrew have them contact me as I am filing Fraud charges with Hong Kong Police and beginning a Class Action Suit in Hong Kong against Tokenizer Cryptocurrency Solutions Limited, Andrew Oxley and his Team of thieves.
