Financial Times Article Trashes Bitcoin Calling it a Pyramid Scheme.steemCreated with Sketch.

The Paid Shills are At It Again. I Laughed All the Way Through This Article About Bitcoin.

The title of the article alone was laughable, "Bitcoin passes $1,000 but only number that matters is zero. Crypto currency trading not even a rounding error in the world of modern finance".

He got one thing right in that title. Bitcoin and Crypto Currency are not even a rounding error in the world of modern finance. This is how I hope the world of Crypto Currency stays for a few more years as we undermine the establishment banking system with a peer to peer, bankers need not apply, currency and contract system. Keep hoarding your Crypto Currencies while the masses beg for their fiat currencies from their masters.

The author Dan McCrum finished up the article by saying that Bitcoin has all of the hallmarks of a Pyramid Scheme and the value is equal to any pyramid scheme which is $0. Bwahaha this guy is a piece of work. Sounds more like a child trying to negotiate with his inner voice telling him that he should have gotten on the Bitcoin train years ago. Could of, should of, would of Dan. He tried his best to compare Bitcoin to Industrial age institutions but failed to convince me.

Now he probably thinks that Bitcoin is an eight year old, "flash in the pan" that will go away and he can say, "I told you". He can join Mike Hearn on the sidelines and say the Bitcoin experiment has failed.

I Hope He at Least Got Paid a Good Bit of Dollars or Pounds to Write That Crap!

Dan You are welcome to join us on Steemit and write an article about how you were coerced into writing such a puff piece for the ancient banking system. I promise I won't flag your posts here on Steemit.

I will probably earn more writing on Steemit this week than he would earn writing that article for an antiquated news source like Financial Times.

Copy the article title into google search. I was able to access directly from google.

Jeezy Louisey. He's just the latest in a looong line of scoffers. Gawd almighty: in the current year, "blockchain" has become a fintech buzz-word and here's this cat saying "worthless."

It's only a matter of time before people like Mr. McCrum become running jokes. The current Bitcoin bull market is being propelled by some durn sweet fundamentals: crypto is becoming normalized, a prelude to it becoming mainstreamed. If there's a big huge bubble, it's a looong way away....

First post I read today and I can't stop laughing. Thank you @hilarski for bringing us this piece of art. This is so good. You could tag this as #funny, #humor, #comedy and start a the tag #wtf

Awesome, I am happy that you liked it. I had fun writing this one.

Terrible article... Nothing but FUD intended to confuse or perhaps written out of actual ingorance...

Oh yes it's a pyramid scheme. I will gladly help save people from using this scam tool and will accept their bitcoin so that they are no longer involved in the pyramid scheme :P

When it's high = ponzi scheme.

When it drops = it's dead...😂

Sorry guys Bitcoin is Dead.............................again. lol!

Like a Zombie on Groundhog Day.

Disclaimer: I am just a bot trying to be helpful.

I heard about Bitcoin when it was an infant. I never understood how monetary value could be "made up" out of thin air. It's really the only reason why I didn't grab all I could when people where giving it away. SIGH I still don't understand it BUT never once in all this time have I ever thought it was a scam or a scheme. It was simply a mystery that I wasn't ready to tackle. Boy, do I regret that!

Many of us had the opportunity to get in early but we were too skeptical, yet here we are using Steemit. There is hope for those of us who are boneheaded.

No thanks. I'll trust your overview Randy.

Odd, I read it for free. Now it is says you need to pay. That is BS. Hopefully they locked it up because of my article. Trolling works. ; )

Great stuff. I am laughing all the way with you! No doubt he was paid admirably to write that. Thanks for sharing.

A few hundred bucks to try to hold down the tidal wave coming towards their system.

Nice burn. Add another ticket to the bitcoin is dead counter. 😀

Exactly!

Some are still stuck in the "ridiculing" stage. However, he who a laughs last.....
