I'm doing the same with my money on polo. Slowly transferring it into wallets. But at the same time, it seems like lately wallets have had more problems with hacking than the exchanges. Plus it's inconvenient to have a wallet for every currency. I feel you though. It feels sketch having it on an exchange that could randomly fold one day.
