I do not really have fate in Venezuela and their way of doing government run business. And of course they will accept anything of value (because they need to) given that their fiat money is basically worthless (do not deceive yourself into the thinking that Venezuela’s government supports free finances, choices and market). Otherwise I agree with what you wrote about the government and financial system. Got my upvote.
