How expensive are the transaction and maintenance and exchange fees? I'm American, and I put into an BTM in Saigon, Vietnam about 0.22 BTC worth of Bitcoin but only got about 0.18 BTC last week in June 2017. There was a loss of around 2 million Satoshi. In other words, I put in $600 USD and got around $430 or so.

    I haven't actually used one yet.. I still buy my bitcoin the traditional way. I was just excited to see one and realizing how far bitcoin has come :)
