India cannot even regulate who is driving cars on the road. I have NO IDEA on how the government plans to regulate Bitcoin.
It is a good signal though. If regulated in the right way you are correct, it could be a game changer is multinationals can open Bitcoin or any other blockchain payment gateway to the country.
