CZ is about to be served and he has 21 days to respond

In the latest of the ongoing SEC vs crypto saga, CZ is about to be summoned by a US court.

It says he is not being forced to show up in person, but will need to respond.

Please remind me how the SEC is protecting investors in any way shape or form these days?!
