Discussion about Polybius- The first digital bank

I would like to hear your opinions on Polybius.
If you have not heard about them yet you can check out the project here (click- no reflink).
They just started their ICO-Token sale 2 days ago and have already raised over 7 million USD.
I personally like and support this project because I love the Idea of a Bank based on Blockchain.
Please share your opinion.
