First, go and watch my video, careful - there can be some anarchistic thinking and offensive language. Please do not watch the video if you don't want to or if you are under the age of 18. There are many other videos on youtube on how to make a paper wallet. I do recommend you watch a few. But, for the beginning you may want to watch mine to get the right motivation:

To get funds on your paper wallets, please either mine them, or steem them (and transfer STEEM to either Bittrex or Poloniex where you can get Bitcoin or Ethereum in exchange for your STEEM), or get a Coinbase.com or Kraken.com or Bitcoin.de account so that you can get Bitcoins for your FIAT currency (you will have to transfer funds from your bank account to one of them). And there you go. You are sorted out.
