While Bitcoin has been a dynamic intriguing issue in the tech business for over a year, its fame has overflowed to the standard in the previous month with even my Careem and Uber drivers praising the ethics of the blockchain innovation.

It appears like a lucrative venture in the event that you take a gander at it from a layman's point of view. Going that way, suppose you purchase Bitcoin. In the event that it proceeds on its present direction you could twofold or triple your advantages or perhaps more before the finish of 2018. You could even turn into a tycoon by doing nothing.

That makes one wonder, would it be a good idea for you to purchase Bitcoin? Is it passable in Islam?

How about we investigate Bitcoin as for being Halal or Haram.

Bitcoin's Value

Anything that holds inborn esteem, gave that its esteem does not move indiscriminately or capriciously is subject to be utilized as a cash in Islam.

The Holy Prophet (S.A.W) was narrated by Hazrat Ubida b. al-Simit, in Sahih Muslim Kitab-ul-Buyu’ saying,

I heard Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) forbidding the sale of gold by gold, and silver by silver, and wheat by wheat, and barley by barley, and dates by dates, and salt by salt, except like for like and equal for equal.

All things considered, any ware which can be traded for something of equivalent esteem, without expansion of anything, is regarded lawful in Islam.

Bitcoin can be traded for a product of given esteem and is additionally utilized as a part of a few nations to pay for them.

Another angle that gives it esteem is that individuals will get it. For a comment esteem, it ought to be sought after by the general population. Consider gemstones or gold.

As there is a restricted supply of Bitcoin, it's esteem additionally increments or declines in light of the quantity of individuals that get them. It has a market top, or most extreme number of 21,000,000, with 16,775,350 in coursing supply.

A Gamble?

In the Holy Quran it is mentioned that,

O ye who believe! Intoxicants and gambling, (dedication of) stones, and (divination by) arrows, are an abomination― of Satan’s handiwork: eschew such (abomination), that ye may prosper. (Al-Maida 5/90)

that is thing I was looking for. I have asked some of the molvies even I have submitted a question to Dar ul Ifta for to give me fitwa about crypto business. but still they did not response yet. let's see what happens. I will inform you then. stay blessed

Still many Moulvis have different point of view some of them says its Halal. While others say its Haram.

yeahhh

in my views its halaal as there is risk of loss too so no doubt the things which have loss profit are halaaal

But many people save them and when prices increases they sell them out. So in that way its not Halal.

Well it is something to look and think upon because cryptocurrency is spreading day by day and nobody cares to see this matter.

I think we shouldn't talk about this issue, rather talk to some Mufti or Shaikh-ul-Islam to get a Fatwa!
