Bitcoin breaks through $20K on European exchange CEX.IO

The Grand-Daddy of Cryptocurrencies Bitcoin has officially broken through the $20K barrier on the European exchange CEX.IO

US and Asian exchanges Bitstamp, Coinbase, Bittrex, Gemini and Binance are still trading slightly below $20k.

BTC/USD 24hr volume is at record highs at over 138million.
