It looks like you are not the one who had tough time with Graviex. I had to contact support many times because of deposit/withdrawals issue and mostly they help. Although it looks like they luck technical expertise, there are things to improve. Like when you withdraw and it fails for network reason, you get withdrawal status: failed. Funds are still locked. You have to write to support about it to solve the problem. If the system determines withdrawal as failed, why wouldn't it release the funds automatically? Also I had several times issues when my deposits weren't seen before I write to support. Another thing, when you deposit, you get the message on e-mail "Your deposit has been credited into your account. If it's not you, please contact us ASAP". I don't like this message at all. How this can not be me? Do they fully understand the blockchain, can they operate it well? Did they experience mess in deposits in the past, so they write e-mails like that?
