They’re still paying out but at a higher minimum as mentioned in a previous post. As of March 11th, they claim to have changed the minimum due to an influx in fees they had to pay. Thus, not allowing any account below level 3 to withdraw. I don’t have proof that they didn’t have this FAQ up on March 11th but today is the first time I saw this explanation and it just doesn’t give with me. So now my payouts occur every 74 hours approximately due to my 0.0019 BTC per day.

metizer IS a Ponzi, if you go in with that mindset and not put really anything into it then I guess its okay. I didn't really put anything into it and I let it run dogecoin and then upgrade with the dogecoin it earned. and hopefully one day it will be enough for a bit of btc but I wouldn't count on it.
