Google has finally jumped on the Bitcoin bandwagon with a new update to its Payment Request API. The company added bitcoin payments request.
The update includes a tutorial on how to use the new features in the update. Now you can type in any three characters and it will be considered as a valid currency code and will allow support for future currencies.
Now anyone who has an online store and uses Google’s Payment Request API, can accept Bitcoin for payment.
The new function that allows Bitcoin payments can also accept future payment methods that are not in the official list of methods. In theory, any currency with a three letter code is supported by the API. That can be any cryptocurrency in the world.

The best word to describe this fact is "finally". Also it is nice to know, that Google declares to accept any cryptocurrency.
