I read an interesting article on Coindesk today that was titled "Can Bitcoin Be Destroyed? 7 (Unlikely) Paths to Irrelevance", i found this interesting because it's rare that we hear people talk about Bitcoins vulnerabilities, some may consider this FUD but not myself, below is a list of a few of the vulnerabilities if you want to see the full list click on the link above:

Likelihood (next 5 years): Close to zero
Impact: Sudden death

Scenario 5: Major hack
Likelihood (next 5 years): Medium-to-high
Potential impact: Temporary crash

Scenario 4: Joint government crackdown
Likelihood (next 5 years): Medium-to-low
Potential impact: Sudden irrelevance

Actually, it's rare we come across any true analysis or thought provoking writing on cryptocurrencies. Most writers seem to be stuck in descriptions - probably because they're chasing a quick bounty. Sadly this means people are left without any real insight into cryptos. This is one of the reasons I started to write.
