Bitcoin used as a medium of exchange

Steemians,
I've always wondered, do any of you use bitcoin (or any cryptocurrency) on a day to day basis i.e buying groceries or yugioh cards? I mean this concept was what really reeled me into this phenomenon to begin with! I absolutely am ecstatic about owning a medium of exchange and not throwing it into a bank-account so someone else can have possession over it.
