In the evening of the 18 June Bitcoin jumped around 3 Percent. But do not get fooled by this. It is not sustainable. In order to be sustainable the volume needs to be higher.
We all agree, positiv news on cryptos are pretty rare recently. Each jump in price and volume is seen to be good news. We all hope that those jumps will turn into sustainable growth and maybe start a great bull market again.
But do not get fooled. What we see here are typical short squeezes or bull traps. The goal is to squeeze those that are short on BTC and make them to close their positions or settle them. Another theory is that some deep pockets pump within seconds certain big amounts of money in the market in order to create a short bull run just for the moment to sell off again. Happened already quite often, so do not fall for it. Regular speculators like mostly you and me are the ones that lose.
Best is to wait for at least sustainable pumps. But also this will not guarantee that we have seen the end of the bear market yet.
At the moment the mood is very bad. But we should beware to interpret every sign into positiv news. It is more sustainable for your investments to be very cautious. If you are someone that buys on bad mood. Then this is of course your time.
Be patient! Better times will come. Do not buy too early.
