I mean if your purpose is speed then maybe its not ideal, but block chain technology isn't tooted as the fastest. Its meant to be secure and unalterable, its trustworthy. Theres no middle man and theres no changing the past. Because of the amount of processing power required to create such a strong system it makes sense that transactions take a while. I hear what you're saying, but to people who understand the strengths of bitcoin this complaint falls on deaf ears.
