The grand strategy blockchain game Blocklords is now playable on the main network of Tron. The game launched after an extensive test period on the test network. Blocklords will launch on the NEO network at a later moment somewhere in May.
In this strategy game players can create a hero by staking 500 TRX. Therefore the browser extension TronLink is required. Once the 500 TRX is locked, players can create a hero. Players can fight each other on the map, earn resources and gain or lose troops. Items can be used to upgrade your hero, or they can be sold for TRX on the market.
The economy in the game is entirely player driven, where players need to build a dynasty or become a commoner if they would fail. Nations get leaders, economic and social policies apply, and maps contain cities and villages that can be controlled. In future updates the game will get a dynasty system and occupations besides the regular warfare.
Later this year the developers also want to launch the game on the Ethereum network. At the same time there are plans for EOS and ICX blockchain support as well.
