Update 4: BTC-e can really revive?

According to official information from the BTC-e morning early today at about 3h58 on 04/08 (Vietnam time) published on Bitcointalk.org.
4th update!
❌ We are now able to access the Database and Wallets, and are calculating the specific data and balances of all our customers. We will publish this information by the end of this WEEK.
❌ We confirm that all important information has been sent to us through Mayzus Financial Services Ltd at the time of their arrest.
