Wemark – licensed pictures from the best photographers at affordable prices

Everyone likes to look at beautiful pictures portraying emotions, unique mountainous landscapes, or objects of architecture. Due to this, such pictures are often used by companies to promote personal products or to design an advertisement. At the same time, they forget about those who created these pictures without rewarding them.
The thing is that advertisement companies often by high-quality pictures from a special stock bank where pictures can be sold for relatively low price. After the picture is bought there, it can be put up for sale by a company or can be used in a commercial. At the same time, the company receives bonuses for every use of the picture, while the photographer earns a minimal sum of money that equals the price of the picture. This is where the problem originates: a photographer who worked hard to create a beautiful picture gets minimal reward while a company, which did almost nothing, has significant profits.

How it works

Interaction on the platform will be done between two types of participants: photographers and people who buy pictures. On the platform, photographers will:

• create an account;
• upload personal works on marketplace;
• set prices for their content;
• stipulate modalities for use of their pictures;
• set search inquiry parameters for their picture.

Further on, the owner of the pictures will be getting revenues whenever the pictures are bought. Moreover, He does not have look for a buyer as he used to. Now he can track who used his pictures, for what purpose and receive profits. Due to the platform working on Blockchain technology and using cryptocurrencies to make payments, photographers can now easily work with clients from different countries.
Buyers of pictures will also not have difficulties that they used to have. Now they don’t need to hire personal photographer to travel to another country or contact a citizen of another country to get quality pictures. To order a picture they will only need to indicate subject or name of the object they want to see on the picture, and buy the picture at affordable price.

WMK tokens will be used to execute operation on the platform. It should be noted that there will be no need to buy these coins individually when the platform is launched since fiat funds will be automatically converted into WMK currency.
