BitCoin Ba Gua - Using the IChing for Crypto Wisdom

I was introduced to Bitcoin by an astrologer, and I have enjoyed seeing the occasional remarks from the more esoterically inclined relating the birth charts of certain coins in relation to their planetary transits. It's fascinating and honestly has led me to some good investments over the year =)

However, I am not an astrologer. I am one who consults the wisdom of the Tao (as well as its contemporary expression in the Gene Keys). So this year I have been using the I Ching as a way to reflect on my crypto-currency investments and trades. It has been a fascinating and profound teacher. As many of you have probably experienced, the waves of highs and lows for a beginner can be overwhelming and naturally brings up a lot of interesting psychological triggers! So instead of panic, I started to take some time with a cup of tea, throw the coins, and see what wisdom the I Ching had to offer me.

The wisdom has been profoundly accurate. And some time creepily exact in its wording. A lot of the wisdom is naturally about restraint and listening while the turbulent waves of change occur (the taoist HODL if you will). It has been especially helpful in navigating some FUD from the outside, and learning to trust my own research and intuition. And then every once in a while the i ching led me to withdrawl at the right time for some great gains.

So I couldn't help but buy a couple "bit coins" to start throwing coins in my morning contemplations in the crypto trade.

The greatest lesson that the Bitcoin Ba Gua has reminded me is about relaxing into the current of nature's cycles. To breathe through the intensity, and to refocus on my intention. To nourishing visions of what this technology and prosperity can be used for in the longer term picture, while staying present with the signs and synchronicities that guide my intuition. It helps me to come back into center with my "why".

So in honor of the Crypto crew I threw the coins and received Hexagram 36 (turbulence) changing to 55 - Abundance.

"In nature we see how all things flow toward increase and decrease. The zenith or height of fullness is expressed in the hexagram of Abundance. However, at the zenith of our fullness we must keep positive even when events move toward the opposite condition. Like the sun at noon that begins to move toward decrease, we hold to the expanded awareness of an abundant state of mind, regardless of how events unfold. Because the hidden influence is Critical Mass there is a warning that the current state of Abundance can only be sustained by not hoarding or believing that fullness can be protected. It must flow outward freely and be shared.
