How is the topic guys , won't it be intresting if you guys get paid salary in cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH , STEEM etc.???

Can you even think how it feels like to be paid in cryptos ?

Possiblity

It is possible and even was in practice in GMO Group which start paying up to 100,000 yen (roughly around $900) per month by Bitcoin to its employees. More that 4000 employee were paid under bitcoin and reaction was unexpected.
Despite of its success, critics also criticized it by saying a public stunt or marketing stunt because it was sone at that time was done then when there was no public interest in cryptocurencies.

Disadvantage

Salaries used to be paid at the current rate of market and they were transacted to their local currencies. But despite of happy employee it resembles the gambling as the fluctuation of cryptos is so high and the employee who used to store the cryptos used to either gain a lot or loss all.
So it was discouraged.

But the transparency of blockchain-based technologies, combined with the speed of digital payments and the opportunity to circumvent banking intermediaries is undoubtedly fascinating the employee and companies .Also it secures the transaction.

My thought

It is not possible to pay in cryptos as the most of the countries laws specify only the cash or cheque payments.

It may hamper the environment of the manual workers for gambling and related activities in cryptoworld and deemed securities.
Employer also could feel wary and tax implication could badly hamper.

Despite of all above things , it is possible to get paid in cryptocurrencies as the rule and world is gradually changing . New action may be implemented . So lets hope for thee positive for the crypto world.
