Some toughts about the credits.com ICO

Firs of all, sorry for not posting for that long.
I had a really bad flu and just no energy left to turn on my computer.

Okay, lets talk about the credits ICO.

First of all, I dont want to spread any FUD, I got in by myself with approx 80'000 CS. So I do not have any reason to bash the project. But a few things need to be said.

Credits wanted to collect 20 Mio USD to kickstart their project. And If credit can fulfill what they are claim to archive, they play in the same league as EOS. They claim to have solved the scaling issue. And solving this problem is a huge thing. Collecting 20 Mio USD is nothing if they can solve this issue. That was the main reason for me to take part in the ICO.

If they manage to claim up the ladder to EOS, what they will when they are successful this would mean they reach a market cap of about 6'500'000'000$
6500000000/20000000 = 325. That means If they can do what they told us you can expect that credits will have the 325x of its current value.
This numbers made me sign up on the whitelist for the ICO.

Okay, since I wanted to invest about 80eth I needed to do a KYC. Copy of my passport and stuff. Its annoying but I understand the reason. So I did this and a few days later I received a message that everything is fine.

Then I waited. The ICO was rescheduled a few times cuz of technical issues. Thats fine, stuff like this can happen.
But about 8 hours before the ICO starts they dropped the "bomb".

They told the customers in the chat that the max allowed investment per whitelist user is 0.5 ETH.
0.5 ETH is a joke compared to the 80 I did the KYC for. Why did I do a KYC? For 0.5 ETH?
I did not invest anything at that time, because 0.5 ETH are not worth tracking another coin in my portfolio.

Then the next day it seems they noticed that they got that much money as they expected since they decided to suddenly rise the individual limit to 9.9 ETH. This does not seem planned cuz between 0.5ETH and 9.9ETH is a significant difference.
So they really looked like they have no Idea what they were doing.
Also 9.9ETH is a pretty interesting value. Its exact 0.1 ETH below the need of a KYC in their initial sign up. It almost looks like they were not able to distinguish between customers who did a KYC and those who don't.

And there area few other reasons that make them look like they have no idea what they are doing.
For example the ICO countdown timer got into negative numbers after it reached 0. It looks like they just fucked that up also. Then thy don't have any code publishes so far about the project.
Also they don't published their ICO smart contract code. All of this make me think they are just horribly bad programmers who would be ripped apart by people like my who can code if we could review their code.

I mean how should people like this are supposed to solve the scaling problem if they are not even capable of programming a countdown timer for a webpage ;P

But hey, I hope I am wrong and this is just the Russian mentality of the team :D
