My coinexchange.io account was hacked on 2018-01-29 & lost my complete portfolio worth of 0.6 BTC( in red market & actual amount of 0.8 BTC). When I realize about this loss it was very late.
My CE account Google authenticator was already enabled but as coinexchange.io was moved to coinexchange2.com temporary on 20th Jan 2018 & later on it again moved back to original domain coinexchange.io. During this process my google authenticator disabled automatically.
After first level of my own investigation, I came to know that my account was hacked on 29th January 2018. For the same I already raised a ticket to support team of coinexchange.io but its more than 48 hour now but they don't even bother to reply on this issue.
I want my BTC back. Guys please help me & suggest me what I can do now.
Wow that sucks , You can blame them for resetting your 2fa , did you get a email that they are doing the 2fa reset before they did ?

No they don't drop any mail or any message to me that they reset my 2fa. I don't know how to contact them. Their support team is not even answer my query.
