To claim bitcoin cash from my paper wallet I tried to download the whole blockchain in the Bitcoin Unlimited client but that took ages. After doing a lot of searching I found a tutorial that worked for me.

Disclaimer: Use at your own risk, this worked for me but there is not too much information on electroncash. I downloaded it from https://www.electroncash.org/ and authenticated the files. If you are not comfortable with this just wait for an official webwallet.
