South Africa: Risky Business For South African Central Bank To Dish Out Bitcoin

South African Central bank is still trying to weigh in whether they want to involve Bitcoin into its banking system.[1] Still no word on whether they will do so. There is word of them still experimenting on cryptocurrencies in that region to understand it uses and viability. The government hesitancy to fairly state is to make sure payments are not abused and used in money laundering activities.

Nigeria: Maximum Impact Of Blockchain Will Be Felt In Africa, Not In The West: Opinion

Iyke of Coin Telegraph writes how Nigeria will have to be prepared with digital technology adaption as it's a growing wave of disruption to its own financial system.[2] The government of Nigeria and its banking system will have to be prepared on how to handle and adapt to the sweeping changes in the near future with respect to Bitcoin and other cryptos.

North Korea: North Korea Could Be Targeting Bitcoin Exchanges in Hacking Attack

An article from Bitcoin news was released saying that North Korea could be involved in attacks against South Korean exchanges.[3] But what’s interesting, folks in the comments section of the article were asking for proof. People need to keep in mind that if North Korea is supposedly using 1950’s analog equipment, then how can they be involved in these attacks. This should call into more questions.

Costa Rica: Costa Rica Will Soon Have Its First Bitcoin Machine

A Venezuelan company located in Panama called Cryptobuyer will install the first Bitcoin ATM in Costa Rica.[4] These ATMs will allow customers to purchase Bitcoin through a Bitcoin wallet installed on their smartphone. Given that Venezuela has so many economic problems, this definitely sounds like better news to look forward to for businesses in that country.

That is all for today ladies and gentlemen. Once again I will go into detail and commentary on these topics today so check back and forth on this channel.
