yes yes i know that everyone says there is no such thing as a real cloud mining service but i cant help but like the idea... ok ok lets rephrase that there's no such thing as a real and profitable cloud mining service.

i get the argument;
'if a company has a machine that can mine 10btc a year how much will they rent it out for? From a company perspective not under 10btc a year they want and need profit, as a customer you want profit to so yourd only be willing to pay under 10btc'
however i counter
'if a company is already using its current machines, and a new machine that can mine 10btc a year costs 2BTC to buy why not allow a cloud funder to buy the machine and then split the 10btc mined over the year having 5btc each. The client is happy they made 3btc and the company is happy they made 5btc'

Of course this is all relative and you'd need to know how much the latest equipment costs how much power it consumes and how much bitcoin (or other alt coin) it can mine over the year.

The ecoin world seems to be filled with scam artists doing there best to take your money (or some pay out for a good while before taking your money) shesh

I was hoping we could get a thread going discussing your personal experiences with companies that deal with bitcoin mining or investment.

Id also like to know why companies don't let you cloud mine other popular alt coins. I know companies like eobot and genesis offer other coins but they seem to mine bitcoin and simply pay you in other coins. Rather then actually taking advantage of the easier to mine currencies. The exception to this rule is ether as most of the companies now offer ether mining..

Id like good reviews and bad. They must of course be honest. I dont want company bashing its fine to say its a ponzi or a scam but try to at least have some input as to why it is. Fake pictures on there website for one, impossible claims, unsecured, non paying... Likewise i don't want people defending companies on the basis that there currently paying out alone, just look at some of the previous companies some paid out for a year before running off in to the sunset with everyones money.

so how about some reviews and chat, personally i know most of these systems have some form of reward link available so please by all means include your reward links as you go...

well its one of the biggest bitcoin pools there is, i don't think anyone doubts this site is genuine. Its based very much on referrals and indeed without referrals since the split and at the current bitcoin price you wont get a ROI.

Im not sure about these guys been involved with them since april payments have all been fine there payouts are realistic and theres a number of options within the site. Some hosting contracts actually sell out (to me that's a good sign) there bitcoin mining payout did more then half (another good sign) and there ROI on litecoin seems to be about 500 days. Bitcoin after the split there ROi is so far down the line not worth mentioning and i dont have an ether contract so its unfair for me to talk about those. They do offer bitcoin, litecoin and ether savings accounts that are set at 30 days and pay a set amount of interest as well..

Seen this company called a scam but as they make and sell there own mining hardware it seems unlikely to me. There CEO has also featured in several interviews and information spots on other sites and photos of there farm have been posted with the ceo in them. The payouts are realistic and ether will ROI in under a year. They offer bitcoin mining as well but again i have not used this service so its not fair to comment. The ether mining even lets you chose what pools to mine in.

Well these guys seem legit not read bad press they pay in a multitude of ways but since the bitcoin split payouts are so small your looking at 3 years for a ROI. Still the ability to get paid in alts like lisk,maid, monero, its still a fun one to try. Note they do not mine the altcoins only pay in them the mining they offer is only bitcoin.

Probably the safest bet for mining. Well known often quoted and featured in interviews and publications all over the web. There set up is pretty good. Choice of coins and contracts (again i think you only mine bitcoin and get paid in other coins, based on the payment drop after the halving) The ether contract pays at a rate to just end up level at the end of its 1 year contract.

This one scares me and makes all my hairs stand on end. Ive read reviews that state its obviously just a ponzi. Id like to know real opinions these ave been running for years longer then most of the others. They are also willing to host your own hardware. They claim to be an electrical contractors but the site is very catchy to me. Would love opinions. That said i have invested in 3 contracts with these guys and been paid my 3% daily as promised each time. In fairness to them its the best paying site i've come across. (but then so was hashocean for over a year)

my personal favourite this one.
Again im yet to receive any proof this isnt a ponzi they do phone you and they do answer there emails (normally within 24 hrs) so contact is good. There's also live chat on the site. They claim to be a investment company that plays the market on your behalf. At the end of each day you get an email telling you what profit you made (sometimes very little sometime at the 1% mark) You also get a email weekly explaining the trades they did over the previous week that resulted in your daily profits, This report has been made very easy to read (again is this because its not real or is this because they right it for there normal investors to understand) however communication is excellent. As stated the profit averages about 1% a day but does drop here and there. (as you would expect to be fare). So when its all said and done they seem to work very well indeed.

*i have an account at each of these companies and have actually tried there services all companies were paying fine at the time this article was written. Trust me ive used many many more that failed or turned into scams and cons.
