The USI-Tech official Kickoff event for the USA occurred this past weekend and it was fantastic with over 600 people in attendance. Many announcements were made, including the completion of an Attorney Opinion Letter with several important pieces we are sure you would want to know about as you grow your businesses. The following slides are excerpts from that Attorney Opinion Letter that have been approved for you to use as you share this incredible opportunity. Please note, at no time is a partner or prospect authorized to contact our Attorney.
All necessary changes for the USA market with regard to compliance will now be implemented in our system over the coming weeks:
- Separation of customers and partners
- Adjustment Commission Plan without Affiliate License
- Adjustment of registration process with all risk warnings
Until the official introduction of these changes, all processes remain unchanged. Even after that, there are no changes that have a negative impact on our partners.
