A few years ago Greg Smith delivered a broadside to his former bosses at Goldman Sachs.
Smith claimed Goldman bankers branded clients "muppets" – a derogatory term used in the UK – and secretly despised them.
Generally, each of these clients had a net worth above $5 Million.
It was also claimed that many of GS's customers were "ripped off" as profit was put ahead of service.
The question is then, would you prefer to deal with a company that has so little regard to its customers?
Or would you prefer to deal with a business that puts its customers first?

I'm for customers first. Well said.
