Collect free bitcoin using bitcoin Faucets

Hello everyone, Im writing this post to give a brief explanation on what a faucet is and how you can earn free bitcoin using faucet.

A faucet is a website or app that you sign up to and you have to complete tasks like completing captchas or clicking on images on the website to prove you are not a bot and for doing so you are rewarded with a small amount of bitcoin.

Some of them require you to enter your bitcoin address so the faucet will payout directly to your wallet. While other faucets you have to earn so many satoshis before you can cash out, A satoshi is one millionth of a bitcoin and these faucets will pay 5-250 satoshis a visit. You can claim on these sites multiple times a day, some sites allow you to claim every 5 mins while others will make you wait an hour before you can claim again.

For most of the faucets you will have to disable your ad blocker for the site as the advertising is what pays for the free satoshis they give away

There are many faucets online but be cautious as with anything online and never give your private keys to anyone, and only share your public bitcoin address.

Disclaimer, this is not a get rich quick scheme, it takes time and dedication where you will have to log onto these sites multiple times a day or the very least every day for many months for it to build up to anything worth while. But if you are a believer like me that bitcoin will eventually be worth over $100,000 then eventually every bit of free bitcoin will be worth alot more in the future.

I’ve run into a lot of Bitcoin Faucets that are super buggy/glitchy and don’t work well... Are these any different?

some on the list are a bit glitchy, thats from the fact that these sites can afford to give away free bitcoin on account that they get advertising revenue and those ads are what make it glitchy

Do the companies that send the rewards have to pay the transfer fees? I know Bitcoin transfer fees can get expensive. If you earn $2 or $3 worth of bitcoin from satoshi grinding it doesn't make sense that they would pay a $10 fee on it.

ya they do pay, most sites have a limit you have to reach before you can withdraw your bitcoins

Hey @thehermitmonk, thanks for the nice post! A few years ago I also participated a lot in Bitcoin Faucets. The only problem was that every time I had almost reached the minimum of cash withdrawal, they closed the website and I could start all over again. Has that already improved over the years?
