I would not advise anyone to buy bitcoin right now. As for selling, it depends. If you bought very low and can cash out enough to recoup your initial investment, while safely holding enough to have a firm position, that would be wise. If you're underwater, hold. But it's not a bad idea to hedge your bets a bit if you can afford to do so.
